This site is designed to collect as little as possible. This page says exactly what, and why.

This website is not for patient information

Please do not submit protected health information through this site, or send it to us by ordinary email. If you need to share sensitive information, we will arrange a secure method once we are working together under an appropriate agreement.

What we collect

  • The contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your organization and phone number. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
  • Server logs: like every website, our host records technical details of each request (your IP address, the page requested, and your browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these to identify visitors.

What we do not do

  • We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • We load no third-party scripts or fonts; your browser talks only to this site.
  • We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles your information

To run the site we rely on a small number of service providers:

  • Web hosting: Namecheap, which serves this site and keeps its logs.
  • Email relay: Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to our mailbox.
  • Email: Microsoft 365, where we receive and store those messages.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence as ordinary business records, and delete it on request unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us not to contact you again. California residents have these rights under California privacy law. Write to hello@algorixtec.com.
