Algorixtec LLC provides IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, AI automation and training to California home health agencies. We started by building the systems a working agency actually needed, and every case study on this site comes from that work.
Too regulated for hobby tools, too small for enterprise vendors
A home health agency has the compliance burden of a hospital and the staff of a small business. Licensing, Medicare conditions, accreditation, HIPAA, and California privacy law all apply, while the office is a handful of people who also answer the phone.
Enterprise vendors are priced and built for someone else. Generic IT shops do not know what a plan-of-care signature or a credential board is. We sit in the gap: we know the paperwork, the survey cycle and the field workforce, and we build technology that fits all three.
The work is practical. A weekly report that replaces a day of hand-checking. An assistant that quotes the policy instead of guessing. A backup that has been restored on purpose.

Runbooks for everything, built in your accounts or on hardware you control. You are never locked in.
Honest about AI
If plain automation solves it, we say so and use that. We would rather lose the AI project than sell you one you do not need.
